Deletion of your personal data

If you wish to delete all or part of your personal data (account, order history, addresses, etc.), here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Go to the Contact section of our website.

  2. Send us a request specifying:

    • your email address used to order or create an account ,

    • the message “Request for deletion of my personal data”.

  3. Upon receipt, our team will process your request within 30 days maximum , in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  4. A deletion confirmation will be sent to you by email.

⚠️ Please note: certain data related to legal obligations (such as invoices) must be kept for a minimum period imposed by tax law.
